Vineyard wedding venue Marlborough: Forrest Wines
My new favourite vineyard wedding venue in Marlborough: Forrest Wines!
I'm so excited to share these photos of our styled wedding shoot at Forrest Wines in Renwick (a 15 minute drive from Blenheim, the Top of the South Island, Aotearoa New Zealand).
We wanted to showcase the venue which is available for relaxed, small to medium sized weddings.

It's perfect for couples who are looking for a relaxed, private vineyard wedding in Marlborough.

Couples hire the venue (including outside in the private garden and inside the sunroom). Hire is for two and a half days: one day of set up, the actual wedding day, and the following morning for pack down.
Ceremonies and receptions can be held outside in the garden or inside the sunroom building in the event of poor weather. Couples can erect a marquee on the lawn if they wish. Inside has a capacity of 30 people for a sit down meal; or 40 standing/cocktail style. The garden has a capacity of 80 people. Couples also have the additional option of hiring the Boomtown lawn adjacent to the garden, to increase the outdoor capacity further.
Couples have full use of existing furniture: Forrest umbrella's, bar, beanbags and lawn games.
Couples have the freedom to engage vendors of their choice. They get to DIY decorate to their hearts content, enjoy whichever caterers or food trucks they like and dance under the trees.
Included in venue hire is incredible Forrest wine. BYO other beverages.

Get married underneath a beautiful tree with a natural backdrop or hire a rustic arch and place where you wish. Bench seats and trestle tables cater for alfresco dining under the stars.

The sunroom is a beautiful indoor space that can comfortably seat up to 30 people for a sit down meal. It is also a great wet-weather back up ceremony venue.

Couples, their wedding party and guests can enjoy photos in the private garden, playing lawn games or volleyball under the willow trees, wandering down to the pond and out to the vines. For those playing at home, Riesling is the most accessible block.

Renwick is a charming grape-growing town with plenty of guest Air bnb accommodation. The nearest metropolis is Blenheim, an easy 15 minute drive away. There are oodles of hotels, motels, backpackers and Air bnb's to choose from there. The local taxi and bus transport companies are top notch to drive yourselves, wedding party and guests. There is also plenty of parking at Forrest Wines.
