"Sarah is just incredible. We had her as our wedding photographer and we are just in awe of how beautifully she captured our day. We had our sneak peek less than two days after our wedding and some of the photos we didn’t even realise she was there in that moment! She also does a great job of not being too invasive while getting shots of all of your precious and private moments. This was especially ideal because my husband does not love having his photo taken and he really loves all of Sarah’s candid photos. We have had countless compliments from guests and family members and we cannot recommend Sarah higher."

I provide outdoorsy couples who hate awkward poses, getting married in the Wairarapa and Palmerston North, with documentary wedding photography.
Do you love going on long walks together? Would you rather be messing about at the beach than playing video games? Are you planning your wedding close to nature? Weddings in gardens, fields or forests resonate with me the most. I'm a massive fan of wellies and walking boots at weddings!
Hate Awkward Poses?
Is one of your greatest wedding day fears spending hours being forced into poses that aren't truly “you”? When we do sneak away for some quick wedding couple portraits, I generally leave you to it with very little direction. I return you to your guests as quickly as possible allowing you to spend the most amount of time with your loved ones on your wedding day.
Documentary Wedding Photography
I am a documentary wedding photographer. This means capturing what naturally occurs in front of the camera, without direction, staging or posing. I keep an eye out for meaningful moments, beautiful light and striking compositions.
99% of your wedding day will be captured in a documentary manner. I will sneak you away for some quick photos of just the two of you. I will also capture any formal family photos you would like.
