Wairarapa family photographer: Queen Elizabeth Park, Masterton

The O'Brien family are a hardy bunch.
It was literally 8 degrees on the afternoon of their family photo shoot at Queen Elizabeth Park in Masterton. It was a tough ask to remove jackets and jumpers. But they did, bless them, and they absolutely love their photos.
Matriarch of the family Colleen was the instigator of the family photography including her and her husband, their children and grandchildren. It was a challenge to get everyone together at the same time, but definitely worth it.
Colleen wanted some framed prints to display in her beautiful home, that truly depicted her family. I love it that the images she chose are candid, relaxed and natural; as opposed to the more formal arrangements. These capture authentic engagements between husband and wife; niece and nephew; grandmother and granddaughter; father and son.
Thanks so much guys for braving the cold I'm so pleased you love your photos as much as I do.
